About This Event
Rosa Mundi bring a living medieval encampment to Alnwick Castle across the August bank holiday weekend, Saturday 29 to Monday 31 August, from 10:30am to 4:30pm each day. Visitors can immerse themselves in the daily life of a medieval camp, meeting knights, ladies and peasants and watching demonstrations of period crafts, cooking and combat. It is an atmospheric, hands-on way to experience the castle's history and a great family activity for the long weekend. Included with standard castle admission.
