Baby & Toddler Groups in Alnwick

Church Hall Groups

Alnwick Family Hub at St Michael's School Site, Howling Lane (NE66 1DJ), offers free sessions for families with young children. Programmes include Stay and Play for 0-5s, specialist baby groups (0-6 months and 6-12 months), and weekly activity sessions for 2-4 year olds. Open Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-4:30pm. Best for: The Family Hub runs free baby massage courses, breastfeeding support, and healthy child clinics. Staff can also signpost you to other groups across Northumberland.

Music Classes

Hartbeeps runs at the Lindisfarne Centre (Alnwick Adult Learning Centre) on Lindisfarne Road. Sessions include Baby Bells (newborn-8 months, Thursdays 11:40am-12:25pm), Baby Beeps (8-18 months, Thursdays 10:30-11:10am), and Happy House (18 months-4 years, Thursdays 9:40-10:20am). Sensory and Developmental Play

Soft Play

Willowburn Leisure Centre has a "Go Wild in the Rainforest" soft play area with 75-minute sessions for children up to 10. There is a separate section for younger children. Useful for rainy days or as a follow-on from a morning class.
