The shop trades both in store and online.

Stock spans clothing and nightwear, accessories such as jewellery, bags and scarves, and home and lifestyle items including design pieces, kitchenware and lighting. A particular emphasis falls on sustainable British knitwear from makers such as Glencroft and Eribe, using British wool, alongside brands including Powellcraft, Gingko Design and Palava. The boutique also carries children's clothing, vintage-style soft toys and a dedicated Jellycat range, plus gift vouchers.
