The Cheese Room at Alnwick Deli

About The Cheese Room at Alnwick Deli

The Cheese Room at Alnwick Deli is an independent cheese shop and delicatessen on Paikes Street in the heart of Alnwick town centre. Built around a passion for the best produce from Northumberland and beyond, it is a specialist destination for artisan cheese and regional food, offering knowledgeable advice on pairings to both locals and visitors exploring the town.

The shop stocks all the available Northumberland cheeses alongside selections from across the UK and Europe, with the range changing seasonally. These sit beside a broad deli offering that includes locally baked breads, chutneys, pickles, crackers, charcuterie, jams, honeys and olives, as well as coffee, tea, beers and ciders. The Cheese Room also creates custom cheese wheels for events such as weddings and celebrations, and carries cheese-related gifts and accessories.
