Part of a family business dating back to 1880 and now in its sixth generation, the food hall brings together the firm's butchery, bakery and deli under one roof, showcasing locally sourced Northumberland produce. It reflects the company's commitment to quality, local food and to supporting farmers and producers across the North East, and describes itself as the home of "Northumberland's Favourite Butchers".
