About Alnwick Tennis Club

Alnwick Tennis Club is a community tennis club based on Prudhoe Street in the centre of Alnwick. It offers year-round play on three floodlit hard courts, giving members and visitors the chance to play through the darker months as well as the summer. The club describes itself as friendly and inclusive, combining social play with competitive matches, and its courts can be booked by both members and non-members. Under a County Council planning condition the floodlights switch off at 21:30, when evening play must end.

Alongside casual and league play, the club runs a busy programme of coaching for all ages and abilities, with sessions for juniors and adults and support for beginners and those returning to the sport. It also hosts school-holiday junior coaching and summer tennis camps.
